I have this day received a letter from home giving
us an Iedia of your where abouts I hasen

you a few Lines In hopes of hearing from you derect as thair
is Nothing in the wourld would give me more pleasure

and wonct a coraspondence astablished then I would
be in hopes of Meeting with you or Som of your
Famaly at leasts at Som future time &(?) when you
ware in Australia I had no Iedia at all of ever heering
From you but now that you are in Californie a

Part whare I lived part of the years of 49 & 50 & which was
as Near as I can learn about the time you arived
thair & only think of this wee that ware Separated
In our Infancy, to be perhaps within calling ay, mabe

would have ben very glad to have met you In Californie
and I know you would have ben a little Moved to
our Sister Teresa is hear and is realy overjoyed
to hear from you and to know you are still in the land

Teresa was Marryed about three years ago her husband Died
a few weeks after. I was Marryed Seven years last Feb.
25 and have now three children and lost won Eight months old
