business of every kind is dull here at present. & wages very law.
Emigration to this Country for the present year has (in my opinion)
wirely diminished. you may no doubt think Promote hardland
unfar ourable of the Country in my first letter. but nothing
was said, more % here than the noice of the grablic and althorough your
ince of many testified markets of every thind are low produce
in abundance every where and no consumption crops look way
We got several accounts in of the warming state of the Wirt of Philains
well in gineial and harvest will be an in a fortnight.
and of the disaffection Gargland and Restand with regard to
here has been short and martinhave a delicacy in advision
